What happens to your operation's reporting and numbers when you're away for a week?

Someone on the team pulls the numbers, reviews them, and handles what they see. I get a summary when I'm back.Most things get handled. A couple of items reach me, but nothing unusual.The numbers are there, but nobody really acts on them until I'm back in the conversation.Honestly, not much. I'm the one who makes sense of the numbers, so they tend to wait.
