One to two weeks to see how your business really runs.
A fixed-price review, agreed before we start. You finish with findings and a blueprint that stand on their own, whether or not you build anything with us.

Map, find, design.
- Step 1
Map how work moves
Conversations with you and the people doing the work. We trace a few real orders, matters or jobs from first contact to cash, and list every tool and spreadsheet they pass through.
- Step 2
Find where it gets stuck
We compare what the systems say with what people actually do, locate the handoffs that depend on you, and size what each gap costs in time, delay or rework.
- Step 3
Design the blueprint
We prioritize the fixes, design the system that replaces the patchwork, and walk you through the findings and a phased roadmap.
Most take one to two weeks, depending on the size of the business and how complex the work is. We confirm the length before we start.

What we review
- Every tool and spreadsheet the work passes through
- A few real jobs, orders or matters, end to end
- Reports leadership relies on
- Approval and pricing decisions
- Handoffs between people and teams
- Where information is entered more than once
Access is limited to what the review needs, agreed with you up front.

- HighEvery quote above a threshold waits for the owner, adding days before approval.
- HighInvoices are built by hand from three sources, so billing lags delivery.
- MediumCustomer details are entered twice in separate tools and drift apart.
- LowThe weekly report is rebuilt from exports instead of read from one place.
- Phase 1
Set approval rules and a pricing floor the team can apply.
- Phase 2
Build invoicing into the job record; retire the manual sheet.
- Phase 3
Read a short scorecard from the system for a weekly review.
Then you decide.
- Act on it yourselvesThe blueprint is written so your team, or another provider, can use it.
- Scope a build with usAny build is quoted separately, from the blueprint, before work starts.
- PauseSome findings are best handled later. The priorities stay useful.
