Who we are
Calderden is the trade name of 3FOLD Holdings LLC. We design and build custom business software. This notice explains what information we collect through calderden.com, why we collect it, and the choices you have.
What we collect
- Information you give us. When you submit the inquiry form, we collect your name, email, company, what you tell us about where your time goes, and, if you add them, your revenue range and team size. When you unlock a scorecard result, we collect your name, email, optional company, and your answers.
- Campaign details. If you arrive from a link that carries campaign tags (for example utm_source), we store those tags with your inquiry so we know which outreach reached you.
- Usage data. We use analytics tools to understand how visitors use the site, such as pages viewed, device and browser type, and approximate location derived from your IP address.
- Spam protection. Our forms use Google reCAPTCHA, which collects device and interaction data to tell people from bots.
How we use it
- To reply to your inquiry and arrange the conversations you ask for.
- To send a one-time confirmation when you submit a form. We do not add you to a mailing list from the form.
- To measure which pages and campaigns are working, and to show Calderden ads to people who have visited the site.
- To protect the site from spam and abuse.
We do not sell your personal information.
Cookies and similar technologies
We use Vercel Analytics for basic traffic measurement. Where enabled, we also use Google Analytics, the Meta Pixel, and the LinkedIn Insight Tag. These tools may set cookies or use similar technologies to measure visits and build advertising audiences of past visitors. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, and you can manage ad preferences in your Google, Meta, and LinkedIn accounts.
If you use the Motion on/off switch, your browser remembers that one choice on your device (in local storage, under calderden-motion). It holds nothing else and is never sent to us.
Who we share it with
We share information only with service providers that help us run the site and respond to you: website hosting (Vercel), our database and application hosting (Microsoft Azure), email delivery (Resend), spam protection (Google reCAPTCHA), and the analytics and advertising providers named above. We may also disclose information if required by law.
How long we keep it
We keep inquiry records for as long as needed to respond and to manage any working relationship that follows, and delete them on request unless we must keep them for legal or accounting reasons.
Your choices
You can ask us to access, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you by emailing support@calderden.com. We will respond within a reasonable time.
Children
This site is intended for business owners and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect information from children.
Changes
We may update this notice as our tools or practices change. The date at the top shows when it was last revised.
